1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a 14-day free trial or subscribing to Mill360 ERP, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern software access, hardware weighing indicator integrations, and technical support.
2. Software License & SLA Commitments
Mill360 ERP grants your rice mill enterprise a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to access the cloud software. We maintain a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) to guarantee uninterrupted paddy procurement during peak harvesting seasons.
3. Hardware Integration & Calibration
While Mill360 ERP directly interfaces with digital weighbridge scale indicators (RS232/USB) and lab moisture meters, official physical scale calibration remains the responsibility of your licensed weighbridge service provider in compliance with local weights & measures regulations.
